Painkiller

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Virago Four-Port or Port-Cask Rum
- 2 oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 oz Orange Juice
Preparation:
Combine ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain into a tall glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and pineapple spear.
