Brightened by tropical pineapple and passion fruit, this cocktail is a decadent yet refreshing sip, perfectly balanced between robust coffee flavor and vibrant fruit acidity. Served on crushed ice, it’s a championship blend of complex flavors designed to elevate any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Belle Isle Coffee Moonshine
  • 0.75 oz aged Barbados rum
  • 0.5 oz spiced vanilla liqueur
  • 0.75 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
  • lemon leaves for garnish

how to prepare

Prep: Gather the spirits and modifiers, measuring each carefully before beginning the mixing process. Fill a large rocks glass completely with fresh crushed ice.

Mix: Combine the Belle Isle Coffee Moonshine, aged Barbados rum, spiced vanilla liqueur, pineapple juice, and passion fruit syrup directly into the ice-filled rocks glass.

Stir: Swizzle or stir the mixture vigorously for approximately ten seconds using a swizzle stick or long bar spoon until the ingredients are well integrated and the drink is properly mixed and thoroughly chilled.

Serve: Top the glass with additional crushed ice to create a dome over the beverage. Ensure the glass is cold to the touch.

Garnish: Express the oils from the lemon leaves and place them decoratively on the top of the crushed ice dome to add a fragrant, verdant final touch.
