Blue Ridge Mule

Ingredients:
- 1/2oz lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz White Ginger Syrup
- 1 1/2 oz Port Cask Finished Virginia-Highland Whisky
- 2 oz ginger beer
- Lime wedge
Preparation:
Makes one cocktail. Pour all ingredients over ice, adding ginger beer last – stir. Rim and garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
