Prep” Gather the Belle Isle Cold Brew Moonshine, cream soda, and Jamaican Ginger Bitters, ensuring the copper mug is chilled and crushed ice is ready.

Mix: Combine the Cold Brew Moonshine and the Jamaican Ginger Bitters directly into a mixing tin, excluding the cream soda which will be a topper.

Shake: Fill the mixing tin with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled and properly diluted.

Serve: Strain the chilled mixture over fresh crushed ice in a prepared copper mug, then top gently with the remaining cream soda.
