0.75 oz Off-dry mead (Atheling Meadworks Lyres Song Mead)
0.5 oz Vanilla syrup
0.5 oz Lime juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
Pinch smoked maldon salt
how to prepare
Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice, and shake. Double strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Add a small pinch of smoked maldon salt to the center of the cube, and enjoy.
