Open Door Policy

Ingredients:
- 2oz Hunter and Scott Bourbon (Reservoir Distillery)
- Fresh Strawberries
- 1oz Fresh Squeezed Lemon
- 0.5oz Honey
Preparation:
Muddle 1 x quartered strawberry; add ice and all other ingredients. Stir. Serve in rocks glass. Garnish with lemon peel. Enjoy!
