Sunburnt Memory

Ingredients:
1 oz Catoctin Creek Hot Honey Rye
1 oz Tarnished Truth High Rye
1 oz cantaloupe syrup
0.5 oz ginger syrup
1 mint leaf
3-4 drops of saline
Preparation:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add 1 oz each of the Catoctin Creek Hot Honey Rye, Tarnished Truth High Rye Bourbon, and cantaloupe syrup, then add 1 mint leaf and 1/2 oz of ginger syrup. Shake well, then strain into a chilled coupe glass, add 3-4 drops of saline, and garnish with cantaloupe balls and sprig of fresh mint.
