Whisky Paloma

Ingredients:
- 2coz Chardonnay Cask Finished Whiskey
- 1 oz Rosemary Grapefruit Syrup
- 2 oz seltzer/dry cider/dry champagne
- Rosemary Sprig Garnish (optional)
Preparation:
Makes one cocktail. Add whiskey and syrup to a collins glass. Cover with twice as much ice. Top with 2oz seltzer or substitute. Garnish with Rosemary Sprig (optional).
