Ingredients

1.5 oz Tinkermans Gin

0.5 rich rose hip syrup (2:1 syrup)

0.5 lime acid (94g water:4 g citric acid; 2g malic acid; 2 grams sugar; 2 grams salt)

0.25 Italian red aperitif (e.g. Cocchi Rosa) 

0.25 Italian wine-based bitter (Cappelletti Mazura)

how to prepare

Bar Instructions: Mix; chill; carbonate to 52 psi

Home Instructions: pour ingredients into a soda siphon and charge twice with CO2 cartridges.
