2 oz. Virginia Distillery Company Courage & Conviction Signature Malt
.75 oz. vanilla simple syrup
.5 oz. paw-paw vinegar
.5 oz. lemon juice
Egg white for garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake with no ice. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Express lemon oil over the top and garnish with shaken egg whites.
